Refund Policy
We operate a strict no-refund policy for all services offered on DegreeXpert.com. Once payment is processed for any of our services, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional situations, such as failure to deliver the services as per the agreed terms, we may consider partial refunds or service credits. These requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion, based on the review of the circumstances.
No Transferability
All services purchased are for the exclusive use of the individual or entity that made the purchase. They are non-transferable to other parties. Once a service is booked or commenced, it cannot be transferred to another person or group.

Return Policy
